Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Bighter collects, uses, stores, and discloses information through this informational business-to-business website. It applies to website visitors and people who contact Bighter about ingredients, samples, partnerships, quotes, documents, or related sourcing questions.
Information you provide through the Contact Form
The Contact Form requires an inquiry type and email address. Depending on what you choose to provide, it may also collect your first and last name, company, job title, phone number, and message. The inquiry types currently available are Request A Sample, Become a Partner, and Get Quote. A hidden anti-spam field is used to reject automated submissions and is not intended for visitor information.
Bighter uses this information to receive and route your inquiry, respond to you, discuss ingredient availability or applications, arrange appropriate sales follow-up, evaluate sample or partnership requests, prepare quote conversations, and maintain a record of the communication. Please do not submit confidential formulas, sensitive personal information, regulated health information, payment-card data, or other information that is not needed for an initial inquiry.
Form Submissions and email notifications
Contact Form entries are stored securely in our content management system so authorized Bighter personnel can review and follow up on your inquiry. Bighter may also use an email delivery provider to notify the appropriate team member when a new inquiry arrives.
Page Views and technical information
The website records limited Page Views to understand which public paths are used and to support basic site operations. A Page View can include the normalized page path, site locale, timestamps, and a visitor hash. The visitor hash is created from request information such as the network address and browser user-agent together with a server secret. The Page Views record does not store the raw network address or raw user-agent as separate public analytics fields. The hash is used as a privacy-conscious way to distinguish traffic patterns and is not intended to identify a person by name.
Like most websites, the hosting platform may process ordinary request and diagnostic information needed to deliver pages, protect the service, troubleshoot errors, and maintain security. This may include IP addresses, request headers, device or browser characteristics, requested URLs, timestamps, and security events in infrastructure logs.

Service providers and infrastructure processing
Bighter uses service providers to operate the website, including cloud hosting, data storage, content management, and email delivery services. These providers process information on Bighter's behalf according to their services, configurations, and applicable terms.
Bighter may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or a valid legal process, investigate fraud or security issues, protect the rights and safety of Bighter or others, or support a business transaction such as a reorganization or transfer. Bighter does not use this website as a consumer data marketplace and does not describe ordinary inquiry handling as a sale of personal information.
Retention
Bighter retains Contact Form submissions, follow-up records, Page Views, and operational logs for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy. Retention may depend on the status of an inquiry, business record needs, security and troubleshooting requirements, backup cycles, contractual obligations, and applicable law. Information may be deleted, anonymized, or retained for a longer period when required to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.
Security
Bighter uses reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect website information, including restricted administrative access and managed infrastructure. No internet transmission, email, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Visitors should use appropriate care when deciding what information to submit through the website.
Your choices and requests
You may choose not to provide optional Contact Form fields. You may also ask Bighter to review, correct, or delete personal information associated with an inquiry, subject to identity verification and any information Bighter must retain for legitimate business or legal reasons. Privacy rights differ by location, and Bighter will evaluate requests under applicable law.
Children's privacy
This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. Bighter does not knowingly use the Contact Form to solicit personal information from children. If you believe a child submitted personal information through the site, please contact Bighter so the situation can be reviewed.
Changes to this policy
Bighter may update this Privacy Policy as the website, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of the page identifies the current published baseline. Material changes may be communicated through the website when appropriate.
